Our Commitment
We stand behind our products. If Extended Navigation Block Pro doesn’t work as described for your use case, we want to make it right. Our refund policy is straightforward: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
We’d rather issue a refund than have a dissatisfied customer. If you’re experiencing a technical issue before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact support first — many issues can be resolved quickly.
What Is Eligible
- Pro license purchases made within the last 14 days
- Purchases where the plugin does not function as documented
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Purchases where you were unable to use the product due to incompatibility that we cannot resolve
What Is Not Eligible
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Renewal payments — renewals can be cancelled before they process, but completed renewal charges are non-refundable
- Purchases where the free version was available and functioned correctly for your needs
- Requests based on change of mind after the 14-day window
- Free plugin downloads — there is no charge, so there is nothing to refund

How to Request a Refund
Contact us
Send a refund request by contacting us choosing the option under Support for “Refund Request.”
Include your order number
Your order confirmation email contains your order number. Include it in your request so we can locate your purchase quickly.
Optional: tell us why
You don’t have to explain — but if there’s a bug or compatibility issue we can fix, we’d love to know so we can improve the product for everyone.
We process your refund
If eligible, we’ll confirm the refund by email and process it within 1–2 business days. It will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a Refund
When a refund is issued, your Pro license is deactivated. The plugin will continue to work on your site, but Pro features will no longer be accessible and you will not receive further updates.
The free version of the plugin (if one exists for the product) remains available for continued use under the GPL license.
Before you request a refund
If the plugin isn’t working as expected, try reaching out to support first. Many issues — theme conflicts, incorrect selector targeting, caching — can be resolved in a single email exchange. We’re happy to help debug before you make a final decision.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Freemius using Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. We do not issue refunds to a different card or via an alternative method.
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or reseller, their refund policy applies instead of ours.
