Codify Werkz, LLC (“Codify Werkz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website codifywerkz.com and distributes software products including WordPress plugins and browser extensions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Short version: We collect only what we need to operate and fulfill orders. We don’t sell your data. We use Freemius to handle payments and license management, which has its own privacy policy.

- Name and email address when purchasing a product or signing up for our newsletter
- Payment information — processed by Freemius/Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Support requests and correspondence you send to us
- License activation data (domain, WordPress version, plugin version) submitted when activating a Pro license
Information collected automatically:
- Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below)
- Anonymous usage statistics if you opt in during plugin activation
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders and deliver license keys
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, license details, renewal reminders)
- Provide customer support
- Send product update notifications and newsletters, if you have opted in
- Improve our products and website based on aggregate usage data

- Stripe — payment processor used by Freemius. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- WordPress.org — free plugin versions are distributed through WordPress.org, which has its own privacy practices.
We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics services that track you across the web.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Session cookies — temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser, used to maintain your session state
- Preference cookies — remember settings like language or display preferences
- Analytics cookies — if analytics are enabled, aggregate anonymous usage data to help us understand how the site is used
